Fabio Aurelio could be in contention for a place in this Saturday's Merseyside derby squad after making progress in training this week.

The Liverpool defender has been out with a calf injury but has returned to training at Melwood and is showing no signs of any problems.

He could make the Everton game but he's unlikely to be pushed.
