The agent that represents Esteban Granero claims that Liverpool are interested in his client.

Teo Lazaro says the 24-year-old attacking midfielder is looking for a fresh challenge and that could be a loan move to Anfield with an £8million option to buy him in the summer.

He said: "He's finding his chances limited at Real. He's keen for a move away - possibly to Liverpool.

"If he can't play at Madrid then he'll play somewhere else. It's as simple as that."

Granero isn't get a look-in under Jose Mourinho although the Real Madrid manager claims he doesn't want to move him on.
