I recently claimed that Liverpool were to head out to the Middle East for a 'bonding' session. I said that after Thursday's game against Sparta Prague that the Reds would be flying out there because we had no game at the weekend. However the trip was cancelled and I was unable to explain why at the time. Hopefully now I can provide some information for your consideration.

On Tuesday it will be 20 years since Kenny Dalglish resigned as the manager of Liverpool Football Club. He stood down on 22nd February 1991, just a few months before I left seconday school. I was devastated when I heard the news. I've enjoyed a few highs as a supporter since then but far more lows. But since the second coming, I feel like a born again Liverpool fan. John Henry and Tom Werner should hand him the job on a permanent basis and I believe Tuesday would be an ideal time to do just that.
