Just had a bacon, black pud and tomato butty with brown sauce. Amazing but I wish I'd made two.

I'm a fan of asian cuisine, and best recipe that's worked for me either as nibbles or a full dinner is a chicken satay, it can be served hot or cold.

mini bruschetta's go down a treat too. Simple but exotic treats go further at a party, but stick to basic cooking recipe's when hosting dinner parties.

Get your cocktail skills in order and no one will care what yah put out on the table!!

Doesn't matter what my skills are like in the kitchen, none of the above and more can't beat a chipper at the end of the week, and for the Irish on here, my Superquinn fry up!! laugh

Tuna Melts!!!! smile

Oooh I could murder one but on a pre summer diet. frown

Very easy to make:

For 1 person...

Add a tin of drained tuna to a bowl.
Add half a can of sweetcorn.
Add 1 Red Onion (chopped up of course smile
Add 2 table spoons of mayo or salad cream (or both:)
Then mix it all up.

Grate some cheese (enough to cover two pieces of bread).

Then your ready!! smile

Toast two bits of bread, add the tuna mix over the top (lots of it).

Put the Cheese over the top and grill it on low heat for about 5 mins.

Best served with babeque sauce...

I'm so damn hungry right now...

Enjoy smile

Cheese and milk! grate the cheese onto large plate till it nearly reaches the edge (very fattening)then pour on milk till it comes to the edges and grill till it all bubbles up,two pieces of toast with real butter and cut into quarters for ease and to scoop up cheese and scoff. YUMMY! smile
