They're both to blame. He is director of football and responsible for the money spent and knowing what we should be paying or there about in the interests of the club and future transfer fund windows e.g. the coming summer.

Why is it just about every reference made to Liverpool's plight from your broadsheets to gutter press, blog to football websites have money spent and underachieved in the same sentence when it comes to LFC like tea and milk?

It matters big time. To try and pretend otherwise is ridiculous.
