Spain Italy: Italy played well and was the better team today imo. Ireland disappointed me because I thought they were going to play a game to remember but they played one to forget. Missed some chances that could have made it a better game. Croatia could upset in this group.

haha ireland hopes crushed! sorry guys, but ireland isnt good enough. Good win for Croatia. Spain vs Italy was a nice game and thankfully they both got a point, they will both advance me thinks.

Croatias goals were kind of flukey.

ireland were very disappointing. there was nothing about their performance to be proud about. no one stepped up to the plate.

with that said, the ridiculous offside goal plus the penalty we didnt get didnt help. croatia had the rub of the grass, we were never going to get anything out of that game. its very disappointing for a side not to turn up when it counts. they are in real trouble now, and could end up being a statistic as the country who conceeded the most goals ever in the group phases.

i didint think the ref helped irelands cause at all lol
