Of the Spain team tonight, Benitez bought Arbeloa, Torres and Alonso. He also wanted Silva. Xavi, Iniesta, Fabregas and Casillas were off limits, so if Spain are the best team in the world, it was quite a team Benitez was assembling. Perhaps would have been even better had he had the money (Aguero was talked about and other top players).

That and he did wonders for our academy as well. If not manager, Rafa should be offered the DOF post at LFC. I think Rafa as DOF and Brandan as manager would make a good team. If all goes wrong with Brandan, we will have Rafa to fall back on.
