just yesterday the banks were caught stealing from people, fixing the rates , and of course that posh tosspost cameron won't investigate...now tell me it isn't a joke. that tosser is quick to blame the entitlement culture of the poor,(he who of course who inherited millions from daddy)but he hasn't got a shred of decency in him,just a posh knob that counts news of the world as his closest friends. u think cameron would call off the investigation into poor people that rioted last summer - no bloody way called them scum didn't he.needs to look in the mirror that prat.

and the tax works out at about 7% of total tax collected, they are suppose to pay between 25 or 26% but none of them do , i hear the top ones can go years avoiding it and paying nothing. real fair ur system alright..again open ur eyes and clean out ur ears mate.

Its fine calling people tosspots but some reasoning would help. A lot of the companies (almost all) will not pay 21 or 26%. But that applies to individuals (just like you) who receive personal allowances and valid expenses to set off against tax. You don’t pay the full 20% tax assuming you are a taxpayer and not a sponger. If a company makes a loss it pays no tax just as if you had no income you pay no tax. Yes companies and rich individuals avoid tax via artificial schemes which is wrong but if that is wrong then so is Darren the painter who works cash in hand and declares 20% of his income. Or Mick who goes to Calais who fills his van with cigs to sell on the local market duty free and declares no income tax on it. If you are going to be fair then we must be fair to all. The vast majority of the loss to the treasury is the black economy. Back to Doctors they are the biggest crooks of all for avoiding and evading tax. HMRC had a big campaign on them in 2010 / 11 and the crooks were at it everywhere despite their six figure salaries and huge taxpayer funded pensions. One Doctor had to pay back £1m he had hidden from the taxman.

that's just just it, the system isn't fair. and in that situation my sympathies are with the little people, who have seen their wages lag behind inflation for years , not the companies whose profits keep sky rocketing.

Supporting doctors is not supporting the little people. Yes they cure people and save lives (and make mistakes too) but thats their job. They are overpaid and overpensioned just like all the public sector.
