Interesting that most here appear to think they see more than Mancini does. Not a criticism just an observation.
The lad has improved and had a real good season. Why is it not inconceivable that he will continue to perform at this level from here on? Reading many posts, it's as if it was some sort of fluke.
If we took say 20 million, you have to then be convinced Rogers is going to be able to replace him with a player for less money who is as good. That is anyone's guess and seeing that teams spiral down the league with [oops] defences, and we don't know how the new boss is going to fair in the market in anyway, I'd rather keep him.
