We'll believe it when we see it. We've had too much BS from LFC in recent years.

In any case, why would he have to send AC on loan to bid for a striker? I don't think AC's on big wages.

Maxi, Kyut and Carroll out Borini in looks like we will be lucky to finish top half this year unbelievable. Newcastle have Ba Cisse and now want Carroll that is the kind of ambition they have plenty of firepower we have little or none

Anyone stopped to think that Carroll might not want to play for the toon again after the barrage of abuse he's gotten since he left - let alone last season at St James or what ever they call it now..

You'd never see Rooney in a blue shirt again.

I'm cool with him being offloaded to anyone but Newcastle - nothing against Newcastle at all, just as far as it concerns Andy Carroll, that's all.

The bids will (should) start rolling in now, let's see if anyone puts an offer on the table worth listening to...

So what if he goes. Players can be replaced.

It would be absolute mad LUNACY mad to throw him out on loan!!!!

As a football club, we should have learned from sending people out on loan with "view to buy".

If the club or the manager does not want him, then no matter how big the cut is from £35 million, you have to sell him for a right price to reinvest into the team.

A loan helps nobody, not us, NOR the player either.

The only club that benefits, is the one wanting the loan in the first place, they dictate what happens after that, they hold the key, the ball is in their court YET he is our player. mad

If LFC send him on loan, to Newcastle, West Ham, Stoke WHOEVER, it will categorically prove that none in powerful positions at this club have got a f*cking clue! mad

I'm already curious of these owners, I said it weeks ago, do this, then as far as I'm concerned the owners can go with him.

Put the club back up for sale, and get owners, preferably not from America, who back the manager and support the football club, none of this once every month PR "we'll do this this, this and this" b*llshit! mad

It's all talk, talk is cheap and I ain't buying any of it no more. Either back this football club that you invested in, or f*ck of! grin

Red Sox fans ain't happy with them either. whistle

Maybe if this move happens it will prove to people on here that we really are'nt the big Club people make out and those glory, glory days will never return. I would'nt be suprised if we allowed Caroll to return to Newcastle, I can remember we came within a whisker of bringing back Michael Owen from Real Madrid for 17 million less than 12 months after they robbed us blind by getting him for 8 million, so its not the first time we have acted with a small club mentality.
